Junior League of Scranton Celebrates 75 years of Service!
On February 15, 2015 the Junior League of Scranton celebrated 75 years of service in the Greater Scranton Area. Our 75th Anniversary Committee has been working hard to preserve the past and plan a year of service and celebration in honor of this milestone. Monthly projects are planned in partnership with various community organizations and the women of the Junior League of Scranton have set a goal of 7,500 hours or service. To commemorate the anniversary a video of the League's history will be produced by and aired on ECTV, a Community Ice Cream Social will take place in June and an Anniversary Gala will be hosted in October.
